when babies sleep

all my babies are in their beds and sleeping like little angels, for a little while. it is at this point that i can sit and relax and i reflect back to a time when there where fewer of my babies or none at all. my days before were fuelled on the usual substitutes for happiness but as i look at my children as they lay peacefully in their beds and cots i have an inner peace that my life is complete, that i no longer have to look for the happiness i once sought from over indulding in alchohol or drugs. my babies are my inspiration and my life , they are what keeps my heart beating every day. without them i would be no one .
